You may use the app to create, edit, and share images. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the necessary rights to use it. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by the App Store/Play Store. All billing is subject to each store’s terms. Some features may require an active subscription.

4. Content and Licensing

You retain rights to your content. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service and operate features like Explore.

5. Prohibited Uses

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
