Welcome to Oryon ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

To provide and improve our services, we collect the following data:

  • Contact Information:
    • Email Address: When you create an account, we collect your email to secure your account, process purchases, and provide support.
  • Identifiers:
    • User ID: A unique ID generated by our system (like Firebase Authentication) to associate your account with your creations and purchases.
    • Device ID: We collect a device-specific identifier to manage app functionality, such as gating one-time rewards (like sign-up bonuses) to prevent abuse.
  • Purchases:
    • Purchase History: We keep a record of your in-app purchases (e.g., "banana" packs and subscriptions) to manage your balance and provide app functionality.
  • User Content:
    • Photos or Videos: We process the images and videos you upload to our AI features.
    • Other User Content: This includes text prompts you enter for AI generation or feedback you submit.
  • Usage Data:
    • Product Interaction: We collect data about how you use the app, such as which features you tap on or which screens you visit.
    • Other Usage Data: This includes diagnostic information, crash data, and performance logs to help us find and fix bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • App Functionality:
    • To create and secure your account.
    • To process your in-app purchases and update your "banana" balance.
    • To save your creations to your personal library.
    • To prevent fraud and abuse of our reward systems.
  • Analytics:
    • We use analytics services (like Firebase Analytics) to understand which features are popular, how users interact with the app, and to identify areas for improvement.
    • We do not use this data to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
  • Product Personalization:
    • We may use your interaction data to show you more relevant content within our app, such as a "Recommended for You" feed. This personalization is not used for third-party ad tracking.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate our app:

  • Firebase (a Google service): We use Firebase for backend services, including user authentication, database (Firestore), cloud functions (server-side logic), and analytics.
  • Google Gemini: Your uploaded images and text prompts are securely sent to Google's Gemini API for processing to generate the creative content. We do not store your images or prompts on Google's servers after the AI processing is complete.

4. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings > Privacy & Account screen within the app. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove your profile, creations, and purchase history from our systems.
